At Simply Plant, we started our farm because we wanted to provide our community with high-quality, pasture-raised chickens. We started with a small flock of chickens and have grown over the years to become a trusted source of delicious, nutrient-dense chicken.

We believe in raising chickens on pasture, where they can move around freely, foraging for food, and soak up the sun. Our birds are protected from the elements and predators in mobile coops which are moved to fresh pasture. They have plenty of space to roam while consuming insects and foliage, which promotes natural behaviour and health.

Our chickens play a crucial role in fertilizing the land, which helps to improve soil structure, water retention, and carbon sequestration. At Simply Plant, we offer a range of delicious and nutritious pastured-raised chicken products. We offer a range of cuts, including bone-in chicken, chicken breasts, chicken thighs, and chicken wings. The chickens are grown for a longer period and are less stressed than commercial broilers, therefore produce better quality meat with larger portions. A typical Simply Plant pasture-raised chicken weighs between 1.8kg and 3kg. Portion sizes vary as the chickens are raised in a natural environment.
